Job Description:

Receptionist needed for busy Primary Care office located in Pembroke Pines. Primary duties include answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, taking messages, completing patient forms, and other clerical duties. This is a full-time position with benefits including medical insurance and 401k plan.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Check in and Check-out patients
• Answer phones, schedule appointments and take messages
• Complete patient forms
• Other Clerical DutiesRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Friendly demeanor, and self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask
  • Medical Terminology
  • Knowledge of EMR Systems
