RN Administrator - Nurse Registry

We are seeking an Administrator to assume the overall responsibility and authority for Administrative and Leadership functions, supervision of the established organizational plan, and responsibility for ongoing communication with the Board of Directors, Professional Advisory Board, and the entire agency staff.


At least five years of Home Health Care/ Health Care Administration Experience -Required

  • Bachelors degree, Masters in Business Administration or related fields a plus

  • Florida RN Licenses a plus but not Required

  • Care and Case and Manager Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare administration experience

  • Minimum of 5 plus years in home health operations management

  • Nurse Registry Experience a Plus

  • Current or recent experience managing a minimum of 1M in healthcare revenue

  • Prior experience with budgetary responsibilities, including budget development and monitoring

  • Broad knowledge of home health federal and state regulations/administration

  • Proficient in Medicare and Medicaid and Manage Care Home Health Billing

  • Sales, Business Development, Networking, and Social Media skills

    The Administrator MUST BE HIGHLY TECHNICAL and proficient in an array of them to include Google, sales and customer CRM, HR, Communication, and Financial platforms. We are willing to train on other systems if the candidate demonstrates experience and mastery in Google and Microsoft applications.

    The position requires the Administrator is to oversee; general office management, staffing, sales and marketing, payroll, exceptional employee and client experience while ensuring regulatory compliance in all areas. This position requires Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Social Media attending networking, and sales events, Operations, Processes, and Service Line Management and Development.

      • Has had a direct hand in increasing profitability of a business unit, office, branch, or overall business and can comfortably walk through a simple balance sheet and Income Statement (Profit & Loss Statement)

      • Has had a direct hand in meeting or beating recruiting and staffing goals and standards over a set period

      • Has taken the initiative to search for new technology and systems to improve overall business results and operations, presented a business case to adopt the new approach to team and leadership, won buy-in, and implemented the new systems

      • Has leveraged technology or processes you introduced to the company that has objectively and measurably improved business results and operations

      • Has leveraged emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to recommend, lead, and implement a measurable change in a company, office, or team
