Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Growth Product Analytics to optimize product growth strategies through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth analytics strategies across the product lifecycle
Manage and mentor a team of product analysts to promote data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze product performance and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in product analytics or data science, with 7+ years in a leadership role
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis
Experience with data visualization tools and A/B testing platforms
Experience in B2B or B2C environments, preferably in SaaS
