The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, bringing in strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.Key requirements:

• A minimum of 3 solid years of Restaurant Management experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Food/beverage service.
• Proficient in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Culinary/ Beverage certification is a plus.
• Outgoing and confident attitude.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage conflicts, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Financial Management/ cash handling is a MUST.
• Experience with inventory management, staff scheduling, and daily operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Curious Intelligence and the desire to learn and grow.
