Our menu features a selection of fresh seafood, including sea bass and chilled seafood towers, as well as Florida stone crabs and bone-in NY Strips, all crafted to deliver an elegant and chef-driven dining experience.We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Dining Room Manager to enhance our team of hospitality experts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership abilities and a steadfast commitment to excellence.Key Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of substantial experience in Restaurant Management within a high-volume, full-service dining environment.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Culinary or Beverage certification is advantageous.
• Possess an outgoing and confident demeanor.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, effectively manage conflicts, and maintain a positive outlook under pressure.
• Experience in Financial Management and cash handling is essential.
• Familiarity with inventory control, staff scheduling, and daily operational tasks.
• Strong organizational capabilities and multitasking skills.
• A keen desire for learning and personal growth.
