Job Description:

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking an Associate Program Director for Internal Medicine Residency to assist with the administrative and clinical oversight of the Graduate Medical Education program. The incumbent will also be the clinic director for the IM continuity clinic. The selected candidate will be responsible for the general administration of the program, continual development of educational curricula, participation in academic societies, and will assist with faculty development initiatives. Candidate should be BE/BC by the American Board of Internal Medicine and possess documented clinical and academic experience. Clinician is to have a broad knowledge of, experience with, and commitment to internal medicine as a discipline, and to the training of residents, whether they themselves were trained as internists or as subspecialists.
This is a full-time employed position with the Memorial Physician Group. The position offers competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity. Provider may be eligible for National Health Service Corps (NHSC), and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programs
