Unparalleled Service isn't just a part of our mission statement at Seminole Gaming; it's a commitment to each and every one of our current and future Guests.JOB SUMMARY:Under the supervision of the Revenue Verification Manager, the incumbent, both personally or through subordinates, assists and ensures efficient performance of the Revenue group and the accurate recording of gaming revenue.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:May include but are not limited to:Adheres to the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Policies and Procedures and ensures compliance with the Seminole Tribe of Florida's ICS. Supervises and documents all gaming revenue sources and resulting entries to the financial system. Ensures all files are kept current and that documents have been prepared for off-site storage. Ensures balancing, auditing and assembling of the main cage and poker cage documentation. Controls gaming revenue accounting records. Assists in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor of Arts/Science in Accounting or Finance is preferred as well as one (1) to three (3) years of related supervisory experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must possess excellent communication and time management skills. Must possess knowledge of hotel casino operations. Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Must possess ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations and permutations.Must possess ability to apply mathematical operations to tasks such as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
