What You Need To Know
Overview
This role is responsible for leading process redesign, improvement,
and standardization within Talent Management (TM), while building
strong relationships with key stakeholders. In addition, the role
leads TM communications, governance, and is responsible for
collaborating across all TM sub-teams to embed, embrace, and
execute successful completion of major and key initiatives. The
Senior Manager will partner with TM sub-teams to define and
maintain a structured roadmap to success: including outlining
underlying business needs, project scope, dependencies, timelines,
owners, and deliverables. This position will work directly with the
TM leadership team to define linkages between strategic objectives
and process improvements, using both analytical tools and project
management and change management techniques to provide strategic
recommendations relating to our programs, services, and processes
to best achieve our goals.
Primary Responsibilities
--- Lead continuous development and optimization of TM processes
and establish standardizations ensuring best in class talent
attraction, employee development, employment branding,
organizational culture, and strategic workforce planning
strategies
--- Lead as the primary project manager for all Talent Management
key initiatives; this includes defining scope, requirements,
milestones and a roadmap to success within each project, as well as
coordinating across all TM sub-teams
--- Design and ensure consistent communication, change management
and implementation plans and content for all TM initiatives
--- Lead the efforts to develop, document and drive activities
relating to creating and managing Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs) and playbooks associated within TM and sub-teams
--- Lead TM process mapping, to include running point delivering
process modeling across all teams, as well as proactively
driving/creating process modeling to develop a repository of
information for future projects
--- Lead management of the TM budget by providing monthly and
quarterly reporting, assisting in annual planning, and establishing
best practices for all sub-teams
--- Leverage data, analytics, and best practices to deliver
insights and actionable optimization efforts that create continuous
improvement or reduction in waste
--- Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to originate and manage
chartered projects, including the initial charter development,
ongoing project team coordination, and overall project
coordination
--- Leverage problem solving and change management skills to ensure
project plans deliver in scope, on- time, within budget, and with
positive adoption
--- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to all interested
parties on the basics of lean processes and other project
management skills and/or tools
--- Provide oversight, direction, and coaching to direct report(s)
to foster a spirit of teamwork, continuous improvement (programs
and individual development), inclusion and healthy conflict
resolution to enable each employee and the department to
succeed.

Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
--- Bachelor's Degree and five years of experience or equivalent
education and related experience
--- Three years of experience managing/supervising employees
--- Demonstrated knowledge of designing and implementing
organization-wide management programs
--- Excellent consultation and facilitation skills and
expertise
--- Strong customer focus to effectively and quickly build
relationships with senior business leaders and establish trust,
respect, and confidence
--- Project Management skills to handle multiple projects
simultaneously, remains flexible in a demanding work environment,
and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
--- Ability to develop creative solutions and drive effective
organizational change
--- Ability to use, administer and debrief career tools,
psychological instruments and multi-source assessments
--- Ability to travel domestically up to 30% of the time upon
request.

--- Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable
amount of time may include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a
computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) adding machine or
mobile device
--- Physical demands with activity or condition may include
walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
--- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or
pulling up to 20lbs
