Job Description:

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead our RN Recruitment Team. The Manager of Talent Acquisition supports Memorial s mission, vision and values through sourcing and selection activities that identify, select, and hire top leadership talent. Supports Talent Acquisition Center (TAC) Leadership by providing coaching, training, and support to recruitment pod assigned. Provides Talent Acquisition strategy support to MHS hiring leaders while performing full life-cycle recruitment in assigned area. Partners with TAC leadership to provide strategic Talent Acquisition solutions for the business by influencing, leading, and supervising day to day operations. Supports the Memorial culture by providing the Memorial Experience.
Detailed responsibilities:

  • On boards, trains, and performance manages Corporate Recruiters, in partnership with TAC Associate Director, in order to achieve weekly, monthly and annual goals.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers, TAC leadership, and the Sourcing Specialist to both develop, lead and execute sourcing strategies that effectively generate top talent leads for area(s) assigned.
  • Maintains the Memorial Experience to all applicants, candidates, hiring managers and team members as measured by various customer experience surveys.
  • Monitors and analyzes hiring, selection and onboarding trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provides guidance to Corporate Recruitment team and hiring managers during selection process to ensure consistent practices and compliance with employment law.

    • RECRUITMENT: Identifies staffing needs, conducts internal and external searches for qualified candidates and facilitates the selection process.
    • SCREENING AND INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES: Manages the candidate screening and interview process using a variety of techniques and tools.
    • PROBLEM SOLVING: Ability to identify, analyze and effectively solve problems.
    • LEADING BY COACHING: Knowledge of coaching approaches, tools, and techniques that improve individual performance and foster development.
    • MANAGING BUSINESS PRIORITIES: Adapts to changing business priorities while achieving established goals and timelines.

        • Human Resources


          Education equivalent experience:
          • or in a Related Field.
            Other information:
            Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

            Required Work Experience: Five (5) years relevant work experience.
