Responsibilities:
--- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
--- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative content for the firm's blog, website, and social media platforms.
--- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize marketing strategies.
--- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
--- Assist in the planning and organization of events, such as webinars and networking events, to engage with potential clients, referrals, and promote the firm's services.
--- Provide updates for the firm's website and marketing materials, ensuring they remain current and accurate.
--- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, as needed.

Qualifications:
--- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
--- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
--- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their respective marketing tools.
--- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) best practices.
--- Basic understanding of content management systems.
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (and Google Suite equivalents).
--- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
--- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
--- A genuine interest in criminal defense law and a desire to contribute to the growth of a successful law firm.
