Job Description:

The ophthalmic photographer performs accurate ophthalmic photographs as per the ordering physician and protocols. Job ResponsibilitiesPerforms intravenous fluorescein angiographies and ICG angiographies.Performs color fundus photography, optical coherence tomography, and retinal thickness analysisObtains informed consent form as it appliesEnsures proper maintenance of cameras and associated instrumentsAssists with the flow of the clinicMaintains adequate levels of supplies for imaging department.Adheres to OSHA, HIPAA and security protocols.Supports RGF's Mission Statement.Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills and Qualifications2-year recent experience preferred COA or COT certification is preferredExcellent communication skills with patients, physicians, and staffAbility to exhibit patience, compassion and excellent customer service skillsFlexibility with hours and local area travelAbility to work in multiple software programs/applicationsAbility to prioritize tasks properlyAbility to work in a high pace team environment and or independentlyMust have the ability to multi-taskMust have attention to detail and accuracy.
