Job Description:

Financial Services Organization headquartered in Miramar, Florida is seeking a bilingual Marketing Coordinator. This individual must be able to coordinate and implement marketing communication projects, as well as oversee brand awareness through advertising and social media, arrange marketing material and presentations for the sales team, oversee email marketing communications, liaise with affiliates on publications and events, and handle all graphic or media requests as required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct Marketing:
  • Working with sales on developing and producing email blasts and campaigns, as well as direct mail
  • Collateral:
  • Developing and producing company brochures, product flyers, and promotional items as requested
  • Developing standardized company templates for all documentation needs
  • Video/Multimedia:
  • Developing and producing product demonstration videos as well as sales/promotional videos
  • Developing and coordinating production of educational webinars
  • Public Relations:
  • Developing and producing any press releases, editorials, or newsletters (both internal and external) as requested
  • Social Media:
  • Developing and maintaining all company social media channels
  • Website:
  • Providing content updates as product development grows
  • Designing any media as requested
  • Maintaining an SEO strategy
  • Online Bill Pay
  • Creating and maintaining prebuilt website templates
  • Advertising:
  • Developing and producing any advertising materials including online, print, and mobile
  • Coordinating with publications and organizations on the delivery of advertising materials for trade showsQUALIFICATIONS:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.     • Ability to read, write, communicate and comprehend simple to complex instructions
    • Excellent grasp of business grammar and spelling.
    • Ability to effectively present information one-on-one or in small group situations to other employees of the organization.
    • Bilingual is a plus (Spanish & English)ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS:
      • Maintain complete, accurate and organized files.
      • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Self-starter and pro-active in looking for opportunities to improve internal processes.
      • Maintain good, professional relations with all team members
      • Ability to focus attention on task at hand.SOFTWARE SKILLS:Proficiency in the following applications are required.
        • Adobe Creative Suite,
        • Basic HTML/CSS,
        • Outlook email system
        • Intermediate level Excel spreadsheets
        • Microsoft Word documents and tablesProficiency in the following applications are highly desirable but may be obtained during on-the-job training
