The Opportunity:

Reporting to our VP Marketing, this position is responsible for the development and implementation of Scenic' s Group Yacht/Oceans consumer marketing programs across the U.S. market to meet the agreed business objectives and pax / sales targets.

What we are Looking for:

The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative leader and self-starter with strong branding and integrated marketing background. Feels comfortable in a fast-paced luxury travel organization with a global presence is supported by a degree in business, marketing related discipline and further professional development in digital is a plus. Exemplary presentation and story-telling abilities; ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling results-oriented briefs, presentations and analysis tailored to the audience are definite assets. Additional experience includes:
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for Scenic yacht/ocean cruising through all marketing channels and full responsibility for the end-to-end multi-channel execution.
Brief and develop creative, for traditional and digital media campaigns with in-house and external agency partners, ensuring accuracy, on time and within budget parameters
Lead the development of US based consumer content for brochures, TV advertising, Print Media, organic social media, DM and all additional consumer marketing collateral.
Support the implementation of integrated advertising and consumer facing marketing programs working in conjunction with our trade marketing team and/or other joint marketing partners to support our trade communications.
Responsibility for the implementation of dedicated events (e.g. sponsorships, partnerships, webinars etc)
Manage internal creative and outside ad agencies. Experience in traditional and digital media buy.
Work closely with the other Scenic and Emerald brand marketing functions around the globe to infuse the US consumers POV in brand and product development
Responsible for ensuring that the brand guidelines are maintained and adhered to at all times for all programs
Monitor, analyze and report on results, overall campaign success, key issues and recommendations on next steps to achieve the KPI"s and targets
Responsible for monthly budget forecasting of the annual Yacht/Oceans marketing budget in collaboration with our finance team

Passion for the travel industry and luxury segment
Eager to be a part of a fast-growing company
7+ years' experience working within a marketing organization and/or advertising agency background. Travel and Cruise experience a plus
Strong content writing/editing skills
Bachelor`s Degree in marketing/business, communications, or similar.
Ability to grasp new topics quickly and communicate professionally with stakeholder & senior leadership
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage time and prioritize work autonomously
Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to take responsibility and consistently exceed objectives
Positive attitude, professional demeanor and adaptable to a changing environment.
Ability to grasp new technology quickly
Ability to provide and execute creative solutions to challenges
