Job Description Accounting Firm seeking a fully bilingual Front
Desk/Administrative Assistant to join our team You will perform
administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with a positive and
helpful attitude Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct
calls to the correct offices Create and manage both digital and
hardcopy filing systems Complete procedures when Guests arrive and
leave Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff Handle
sensitive information in a confidential manner Take accurate
minutes of meetings Coordinate office procedures Copy, file and
maintain paper or electronic documents and records Handle incoming
and outgoing mail Receptionist top skills & proficiencies: Customer
Service Proven admin or assistant experience Overachieving Attitude
Verbal and Written Communication (English and Spanish) Professional
Adaptable Patience Problem Solving Skills Accuracy and Attention to
Detail Interpersonal Skills Telephone Skills Microsoft Office
