Job Description:

A professional dental team looking for an experienced, motivated, and efficient dental office receptionist for our busy practice. We pride ourselves on quality service and care, so our ideal candidate must be friendly, responsible, punctual, ethical and polite, as well as have good communication skills, organized, and willing to learn. **** ONLY APPLICANTS WITH DENTAL EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED**** **MUST SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY! ** -Ensuring that the office is meeting expectations of production on the schedule, making sure production is scheduled, achieve performance goals, collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage, knowledge of dental insurance plans, explains the treatment plan, - address patient concerns and answer any questions, - bill dental insurance, post payments, and claim estimations as required oversee and track dental benefit plan accounts receivable and follow-up on claims regularly to ensure timely payment, - completing daily and monthly reporting, perform general office duties and other duties as required Skills: Teamwork, Customer service orientated skills in operating phones, personal computer, software, and other IT systems, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, planning and organizing, problem analysis and problem-solving skills, judgement and decision-making skills, ability to communicate with employees, patients, and other individuals in a professional and courteous manner, knowledge of Dentrix software Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Bonus/Commission: No
