We are growing and need an awesome Office Manager to support our growth. We have an amazing team with phenominal clients with lots of potential!The perfect person is someone that can make things happen easily, be technically savvy and ready to jump into the deep end of the pool. Fortunately or unfortunately, this pandemic has driven lots of business our way and we have invested in people, system, facilities, processes and more. Now it's time bring on someone who can take over many of the support items on my desk to allow me to focus on supporting our clients and staff in a meaningful way.The office manager will be responsible for the traditional items:* payroll,* HR,* employee support,* facilities,* light IT support,* office supplies,* marketing activities,* vendors,* assistant to the owner and* general office duties.* AND, jump in where and when needed for bursting support for the team - policy verification, claims processing and collections.All of team members hear the same message in the interview. "We want smart folks, with great common sense and outgoing personalities". The must haves:* Microsoft Word and Excel - strong experience* Payroll management - Paychex, ADP or similar* 3 to 5 years as executive assistant* Clean background check* Reliable* Verifiable references* Experience working in a law firm (preferred)* Bilingual (preferred - not required)We offer a full package of benefits:- Health Care- Vision Insurance- Dental Insurance- Life Insurance- Paid Time OffIf you fit this description and have lots of experience as an office manager, please reach out to me!
