Full Time

Miramar, FL

Indemnity Security is currently hiring a full time Office Admin. The hours are generally Monday through Friday

from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Starting pay rate is $13.50 per hour.

The company is looking for a well-rounded Office Admin that is able to work closely with various departments.The ideal applicant will have no less than 2-3 years of experience and (preferably but not required) a Bachelors in Business Administration. Must be Professional, reliable and trustworthy. The Office Admin will be required to multi-task in an effortless manner, be solution-oriented and able to deal with many different personalities and levels of employees. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Clerk or Executive Assisant

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, work and Excell

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Basic understanding of HR guidelines, policy & procedures

Answer phones, take messages

Data entry clerk/file

Maintaining employee files.

Manage company licenses, credentials and certificates.

Order office supplies

Compose weekly Newsletter

Keep constant card contact

Coordinate company events
