(Portuguese) - Hybrid Location: Miami, FL 33131 Pay Rate:
$32.06/hour on W2 (paid weekly) Schedule: Hybrid - Minimum of 3
days onsite 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. (Brazil business hours) Start
Date: ASAP, pending onboarding completion Contract Length:

sectors are headquartered in Manhattan, NY! Overview We are seeking
a detailoriented and bilingual Technical Banking Support Specialist
to join our LATAM Client Servicing team. This role serves as the
first point of contact for technical support inquiries from
highrevenue clients across Latin America via phone and email. The
ideal candidate will provide exceptional service while analyzing,
troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to treasury, cash
management, card, and depository products used on our electronic
banking platform. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for
technical support inquiries from LATAM clients, ensuring timely and
accurate resolution. Review, analyze, and determine the appropriate
handling of client requests involving banking and treasury
products. Collaborate with internal business partners to
troubleshoot and resolve complex technical or productrelated
issues. Provide guidance, training, and education to clients on
system functionality and best practices. Translate business needs
into clear, actionable requirements when partnering with technical
teams. Participate in team initiatives, special projects, and the
implementation of new technologies and processes. Maintain a high
level of professionalism while presenting information confidently
to clients. Manage time effectively, knowing when to escalate
issues and how to work autonomously when needed. Adapt to ongoing
change, feedback, and continuous learning in a fastpaced
environment. Required Skills & Qualifications Fluent Portuguese and
English required, Spanish a plus 12 years of experience in the
banking or financial services industry 1 years of customer-facing
experience Technical support or banking services experience
preferred (3 years ideal) IT-related degree or equivalent
experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to navigate multiple systems
simultaneously Intermediate computer competency Strong attention to
detail Excellent oral and written communication Active listening
and relationshipbuilding skills Critical thinking and
problemsolving Ability to multitask effectively Quality assurance
mindset Comfortable working under pressure and within a team
environment Ability to engage clients, build rapport, and handle
