Job Description Job Description Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Boca Raton, FL (100% Onsite) Position Type: Direct Hire Salary: $55,000???$65,000 DOE About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Boca Raton. This role requires strong AP expertise, high-volume processing experience, and proficiency with NetSuite . The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with hundreds of GL codes on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities Process high-volume AP invoices accurately and efficiently (hundreds weekly). Review, code, and match invoices to the appropriate GL codes , POs, and approval workflows. Maintain and reconcile AP aging reports and vendor statements. Ensure timely and accurate weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers. Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues promptly. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approvals. Perform month-end AP closing tasks including accruals, reporting, and reconciliations. Assist with audits by providing AP documentation and data as requested. Maintain vendor files, W-9s, and ensure compliance with company policies and SOX/internal controls. Qualifications 2 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment. NetSuite experience required . Strong understanding of GL coding across multiple departments/cost centers. Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work onsite full-time in Boca Raton. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
