This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role with great compensation and benefits. As the Accountant, you would be responsible for supporting a small public accounting firm by preparing tax returns, maintaining accurate financial records, and delivering high-quality accounting services to a diverse client base. This role involves hands-on accounting work, direct client interaction, and collaboration with senior team members to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting across multiple engagements. Key Job Duties Prepare individual and business tax returns. Perform general ledger accounting and account reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules. Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve accounting inquiries.
