Senior Manager Reinsurance

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Reinsurance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage reinsurance accounting and operations, ensuring effective controls
Develop reinsurance analytics and reporting while serving as a technical expert on GAAP and statutory basis
Collaborate with internal teams and external brokers to enhance procedures and ensure accurate cession statements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
CPA license required
10+ years of progressive experience in reinsurance, including 3 years in a management role
Strong understanding of statutory and GAAP reporting requirements
Experience with Netsuite General Ledger, Floqast, and Alteryx is a plus
