Finance Business Partner - Americas
DT One is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner based in Miami with experience supporting a global company. Reporting to the Global Financial Controller, this role shall be responsible for providing financial support to the commercial team in the Americas region for DT One
Key Role Responsibilities

• 
  
• Chief Point of contact for general Finance support in Americas region.
  
• Partner with the US Commercial team to drive actionable analytics across the performance of key client accounts.
  
• Provide analysis and commentary against weekly and monthly regional performance.
  
• Support the Americas region with all elements of financial planning and analysis.
  
• Support and provide financial analysis and of new deals for the region.
  
• Assist and provide analysis of Sales pipeline, offering robust and insightful challenging of new sales forecasts for the region.
  
• Ensure compliance to group accounting and policies in the region (Revenue recognition, T&E adherence etc.)
  
• Collaborate closely with the core Finance & Accounting team covering weekly and month end reporting.
  
• Credit control, process ownership and ongoing monitoring for Americas client portfolio.
  
• Assist in Client onboarding KYC duties for new clients.
  
• Assist in Taxation compliance and tax related matters for the region.
  
• Identify opportunities and drive projects to improve business processes and support.
  
• Support Global Treasury to manage regional banking relationships.
  
• Ad hoc analysis, financial modelling, consolidation, or related duties as required.
  
  Essential Attributes & Experience
  
  • 
    
  • An independent team player with hands-on operation finance experience,
    
  • High adaptability in a fast pace changing environment and multi-tasking,
    
  • Solid experience managing finance operations.
    
  • Advance Microsoft Excel capabilities is essential.
    
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience; Degree in Business /Accounting and /or Certified US CPA or in progress to become one.
    
  • Experienced deploying and working with Tableau and Oracle Systems is desirable,
    
  • A proactive, organized & independent individual with good analytical skills,
    
  • Team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to explain financial issues or concepts to non-financial audience,
    
  • Comfortable interacting with C-Level to provide on time financial updates,
    
  • Proactive attitude, time sensitive with a sense of urgency, and responsible.
