Job Description:

Summary:
Directs the daily operations of the MHS collections and customer service functions to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
Detailed responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development and improvements of the collection practices, policies and procedures.
  • Produce financial reports and analyses accessing financial levels and develop corrective measures.
  • Completes departmental budgets and ensures regulatory compliance with MHS and all external entities.
  • Oversee special projects as necessary.

      Education equivalent experience:
      Essential:
      • Accounting or Finance or Healthcare Administration or Business Administration or in a Related Field
        Other information:
        Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

        Required Work Experience: 6 years related work experience required.
