Job SummaryFulfillment Coordinators are tasked with handling the picking, packing, and shipment of products. They act as a liaison between ACR and shipping companies. Part of their duties also includes optimizing space. The Coordinator will accurately and efficiently pick products and prepare orders for shipment observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of products through the production process.The Coordinator works independently and communicates well with other departments (verbally/written/computer) to move work through the ERP system in an organized fashion. This position functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duties assigned to best serve the company. Duties/Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products according to established standardsRun scanning equipmentPack orders to the customer's requirement and/or from the provided specificationsMeet established productivity standards and quality standardsSelf-identifies mistakes, identifies problems and recommends solutionsProvide candid and timely feedback to all levels in the organization, involve others in problem-solving when needed, and see all responsibilities through to a successful completionHandles pick tickets/orders from ERP to pull items from inventoryUse RF scanners and other electronic equipment as necessary.Physically pulls items from inventory by the stated number, size, color, quantity, quality, etc.Compare and inspect physical items pulled to the requirements of the pick ticket/orderPacks/wraps orders as required by item/delivery type, and prepares for shipmentTransports orders to shipping locations/bins/docks using the proper material handling equipmentEnsures that orders are staged correctly for each deliveryOperates any material handling equipment following established safety guidelinesAssists in maintaining the security and safety of the shipping areaMay assist in placing incoming items in inventoryParticipate in conducting inventory counts as required.Performs other duties as assigned by managementNote: This description is an outline of the major recurring responsibilities of the job. Required skills/abilitiesOne or more years of experience coordinating shipments in a warehousing or distribution environment desiredAbility to perform tasks under pressure, and within a deadline-driven environmentAbility to handle detail-oriented work to ensure proper items and quantities are picked to arrive at customers in good conditionGeneral fluency in English required, verbal and written Knowledge, Education, and Experience High School Diploma or EquivalentMust be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the positionAble to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shiftAble to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish products, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shiftAble to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. Shipping, warehouse, inside, outside, dry, and wetPass a pre-employment drug test Compensation details: 30000-45000 Yearly SalaryPI0aa48161ddc7-25660-33961136
